BP removed my post, I guess I’ll just have to reword it. -_- I would pick American Anchor Homes out of Cleveland, Ohio because they are super focused on customer service and maintaining long term relationships with their investors, and tenants. They also preform above average renovations and are extremely well versed in construction as they do it on world wide television on the show Zombie House Flipping. Or I would pick Ohio Cashflow because I love Engelo Rumora :-p BP don’t delete this. lol.

I think that Chris Clothier really hit the nail on the head with all of his points, as he is one of the OG’s of the TK world! I launched American Anchor Homes based out of Cleveland this year and have personally acquired ,renovated, and placed property management/qualified tenants in 38 “turn key” properties I am preparing to sell to investors like yourself Dr. Axel Meierhoefer . While I do not have a long track record in the turn key industry as a provider, I do have a reputation in real estate for going the extra mile and keeping my clients and investors money safe(Blueprint Real Estate Group,Brown Dog Homebuyers) and entertained(Zombie House Flipping on A&E and FYI) If anyone on BP is willing to give American Anchor Homes the chance to be your turn key provider, I can promise that I will be personally overseeing your transaction from start to finish and will do everything in my power to make sure that your experience with us is positive one that would make you want to continue to invest with us, over and over again.

Dude! Welcome! That is awesome you brew. My family lives in Cap Hill/LoDo so next time I am in town I will have to check out your brewery(if I havnt drank there already)

We should start a brewers guild hedgefund to buy real estate. I know some of these cats are cashing in on beer and maryj and need somewhere to dock that cash! haha!

I think there is too much emotion in the market at the moment from everyone basing their trading decisions off of news events. Monday was a great play if you are a day trader focused on capitulation and news based market trends. Everything may change but human emotion will remain the same. Between the DOW and the Crytopocalypse, expect people to be trading purely out of fear and emotion for the next month IMHO as a former trader.

All super interesting replies . Shawn Ackerman I would love to talk to you more about your business. Seems like a great way to build a portfolio but I am still curious about the process start to finish. This year we have started renovating rental properties in Cleveland, Ohio and have started supplying some clients and wholesalers with “turnkey” properties that we renovated and placed qualified tenants in. The “turnkey” niche has such a stigma to it that I would like to change, the same way we changed the wholesaling stigma in our hometown of Orlando. I know 45k would be possible to get one or two properties from us, let me know if you want to talk more about it. We don’t have a huge track record but we do have a ton of experience in renovating/investing/etc and are excited to be working in the Mid West.

Hey Lawrence Williams ! We just started buying our own rentals in Cleveland as well. I have been really digging Cleveland as a city, so much cool beer and food and really friendly people. To afford our own personal rentals acquisitions we are also starting to provide turnkey rentals because we have such a strong background in dump to diamond home renovations. Lets talk Ohio real estate man! I am new to the area as well so really looking forward to building a network of friends in the industry.
Hey Evan Manship congrats! I really like the design of that building and always love working with the craft beer industry. Curious as to why you think turnkey rentals are garbage? I do enjoy value add investing and the BRRR strategy, but a high ROI turnkey property can also have its advantages(especially when priced out of your local market for rentals) in my opinion. Thoughts?

If Erin Wysocki doesn’t answer that call you can always find the Blueprint Bandito’s willing to ride into battle. She is great though and I love her. But Blueprint is also great and I love my Bandito’s

Its a good idea, I live in/own a duplex in downtown Orlando. Unfortunately there really isn’t a ton of MF under 4 units in Orlando. If you want to browse property though, you can on our website. Link is in my profile or somewhere. Just google us! Good luck!
