I don't have the answer to your question but keep calling the city until you get the right person that knows the answer. In my experience, it can take many many phone calls!

So, I'm not sure where your condo is located, but STR over a LTR always yields more income. Of course, this depends on the location and how the property is managed. House hacking is a wonderful way to grow a real estate portfolio and would be a great plan to dig into and set in motion!

There're many groups that hosts can plug into...free Facebook groups and meetups. But the most valuable are paid masterminds! You may be able to gain a lot and share a lot in those types of groups.

Most STR owners with multiple LLCs use their PMS and then create their own spreadsheets. You could also find some spreadsheets already created on Etsy that only cost $10-20.

After the new security issues arising with videoed properties that are posted on public places...OTA, MLS, etc....we have decided against videos that show the layout of the property, or other details that would breach the security of the home.
