Varinder Kumar I would say no. Installing this requires a permit. The city may or may not require a load calculation. However it quite common now because of tesla chargers. 1. How big is your electrical panel? Older homes are normally 100amp. Really Old homes could have old twist knob wiring in a fuse circuit box 60amps. 100 amp you might be able to get away with adding if you do a load calculation that can be done by a electrician. 60amp you need a service upgrade to at least 100amp. 1500 to 3000 for 220v outlet. 5000 to 6000 for a service upgrade. Welders a draw a lot of power use to build stuff.

Hello Yes you can redraw the lines. Hire a surveyor to survey the lot line. Once you know the correct lot lines. Come to a contract agreement with the neighbor. Pay him or etc. them go record.
Under my discussion. New replies should pop up to the top and maybe a little red notification that tells you there is a update.

However the homeowner would need to get it.

Only homeowners and contractors can get permits.

This is what you do. Call terminx and tell them you just purchase the home. They will offer the ultimate termites package. This can only be purchased before they come and check to see if you have termites. If they find it they will treat and warranty damages good luck
Commercial loans must be hard or are their some other issues? Why are 4 plex more expense the. 5 units? Listing wise 4 plex are more expensive. Is it because of tax issues? Loan issues? Is it wise to get a 5 unit as new investor in Multi family?

Denise Mayo-Walley sounds like you have a broken drain pipe in the slab. 1. Cast iron rusted and was time to go. 2. Pvc pipe in concrete was not wrapped in the concrete. Slab, they need to saw cut and then jack hammer il the slab. Plumber will stick a camera down to check. Good luck.

Manolo D. It is possible with accessory unit but not part of the main structure. The planning department will not approve your plans. 3ft set back is grandfathered and anything new will need to have 5ft. Some cities will allow you to match the 3ft setback.
