Good afternoon everybody. I have a property in Madison Fl, it is 9 mobile home apartments. 3 1 bed 1 bath and 6 2 bed 2 baths and also a 2700 sq ft commercial unit. Looking to sell for $299,900

At the moment it rents for $3000 a month with a 1 bed 1 bath empty and the big commercial unit empty. It was a day care in the past and has had a dcf inspection stating that it could be eligible for 35 children as of right now. Potential of $1000 rental or a business. It is on a 5 acre lot which is has the possibility for more units. I'll do owner financing with $60k down This will go quick so let me know. Thanks

The market is slow, steady and rising. Low inventory so when you do flip it's not going to last long if you're priced right.
