Perhaps appraisers need to be done away with because they are obviously incompetent without the guidance of a realtor.

People 55+ in this nation have more money than those under 55.

I thought the appraiser worked for the lender, not the realtor? I would think that a realtor that knew property values better than an appraiser, who does two a day, is a rare commodity

is there an inquiry on your credit report from any type of rental agency? You need to have all the facts before you go John Wayne. If you are wrong you might get your head handed to you.

Chances are that the credit card company will just eat the charges or the merchant  will and the victim won't be out any money. The police probably won't do anything unless it is a large amount of money and then they don't have absolute proof of who committed the crime. Often criminals will have packages dropped at  random houses and hope to pick it up if no one is home.

Sell it to some over anxious newbie flipper that is desperate for a deal. They will gladly overpay.
