Lee Brewer youll want to let them know what you are looking for (what type of investing you are doing). Best of luck - it's a tough market.

Sharika L. What Michael Woodward said! It may seem like a great idea the contractor had, but the problem is - he has close to a zero idea of what the contracts and realities are to selling an un-rehabbed house for a rehabbed house price. Last bit - maybe if the house was in an unbelievably amazing location it would work. My guess is it isn't.

Rashard Brandon as Dawn Brenengen said those guys are good. I've used a couple on the list. Title companies don't do much in NC except provide title insurance. Definitely use an attorney to review docs.

Hey Luis Suarez what needs to be done? Really depends on what the problem is. Some are better at big problems. Others at small issues.

Greg S. you are right. What was I thinking! There are definitely no investors doing well in the SFR market anywhere in the USA. Glad you helped us all out.
Adrian Smude I'm with Chris Mason as long as you give her cash I think it's a good idea. Never hurts to have multiple people in your market handing you solid deals.

Greg S. agreed, however to invest in multi he would be going back to Fayetteville to start. There are very very few multi's in Raleigh. Blanket advice doesn't work for everyone.
