hey @Sean Richway Thanks for the quick reply! I can see that possibly working. I really am looking for local Raleigh/Cary lenders to work with as relationships are important to me.
Quick numbers here: house current value at 205. You would lend up to 174,250 of purchase price? Arv at 229 puts you out of rehab money though from what I'm calculating.
