Congrats Brandon Purdeu !! Start networking like crazy in your area. I assure you there are people in your area of nc that have that kind of cash to loan. In Raleigh, we borrow 50-75k for the rehabs from private lenders!

It is common in Puerto Rico. However, this is not Puerto Rico and we have different laws. If it's legal do it. If not, explain to her why.

Sorry- depends on your goals. I would probably hold for 2 years so you don't pay capital gains taxes. Unless you need the cash and don't mind the taxes. We bought our primary back in January 15. Values up 80k around us, but what am I going to buy? A 80k more expensive house than I currently own? That wouldn't work out to well for me. Now I bought mine at auction so I may have a slight advantage, but anybody I help in town buy a house is usually getting a pretty good deal.

What part of Raleigh are you in Aaron Jones ? If we have a project near you I'd be happy to teach you what I can. I don't want You driving all over to several projects daily, but if you can pick up some good info over a couple projects that would be huge for you. Check out our site or on Instagram. Zach Latham can I take you out to lunch? I am actively trying to learn as much about developing and new construction as possible.
