@Weina Shi wisest thing to do is operate it yourself and then expand based on your needs and supply, that’s a more cautious route.

Would assume the zoning won’t ‘expire’, can always check with the city/county on that.

You/owners will pay for the merchant fees but account for it and charge accordingly.

Your typical self storage lease will have them acknowledge that they can't do illegal activity or keep illegal items, but obviously you can't 100% prevent that.

Do you have enough demand on your smaller units to feel confident to look further that even smaller units would rent? That’s the question. In a super dense area, I’d look into it for sure.

My gut tells me that if Hunter Thompson has vetted them, then they are fine :)
