Are you looking to stay in-state or are you open to OOS investing? What sort of market/investing strategy are you leaning towards?

Seriously impressive- you put in the work and found a great deal. Congratulations!

Looks like a great move. Nice work!

Hey Amanda- this look great! Congratulations on taking that step and on your success.

Real estate investors often face challenges when their properties don't meet their expectations. Easy Street Capital shares the story of Matthew, an investor who encountered a lower-than-anticipated appraisal value on his fix and flip property. Instead of selling in a declining market, Matthew decided to convert the property into a short-term rental using the BRRRR method. He turned to Easy Street's DSCR loan division, Easy Rent, and secured a rate-term refinance.

This strategic shift allowed him to generate a steady rental income, cover all expenses, and achieve a positive cash flow. Matthew's success highlights the importance of flexibility and partnering with a reliable lending institution in overcoming obstacles and maximizing returns in real estate investing.

In 2023, the BRRRR real estate investing strategy remains potent despite challenges posed by elevated interest rates and property values. The BRRRR approach, encompassing Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat, holds appeal due to forced appreciation through renovations and cash-out refinances. We delve into the shifting financing landscape, comparing DSCR refinance loans to traditional options like conventional and bank loans. Unveil how DSCR loans, with their flexible seasoning requirements and easier qualification, have reshaped the BRRRR journey, equipping investors to navigate the dynamic market of 2023

Hey Cody- congratulations. Definitely commendable moves made. The comments on this thread are great advice, private lending and partnering through an entity could serve you well.

Quote from @Robin Simon:
Quote from @Mike D.:

Hi all! I'm looking for a lender to purchase a 3-4 plex in LA. They must:

- Accept at least 75% of the income from the subject property, preferably 100%, & understand how to work with this type of income.
- Have reasonable rates.
- Understand how to work with investors who are self employed and using income from rentals to qualify.

Thanks for any leads! Thus far have had disappointing experiences with PNC (didn't understand how to estimate the income from the subject property--we went around and around in circles) and BOA (nice, but will only take 50% of that income).

I recommend @Abbey Humphreys and Easy Street Capital to help you on this one - this is her specialty and has a much easier qualification and loan experience for investors!

Hey Mike- I would love to help! Sending you a DM now.
