I'd also say it's worth it , a lifestyles seminar that was I think $500 at the time got me into real estate about 6 or 7 years ago.  I learned a ton from those guys.  If you're new you'll learn a ton. I don't know about the stuff they upsell afterwards for PIG because I didn't go that for. But i'd absolutely say networking and education I got was worth my $500 or so...may have been less at the time I don't remember.

@Yinan Q.  Conversion rate for Adwords is the Percentage of people that submit an online form after clicking your ad. That has been 10% and $15 per click so yes $150 per lead (submitted online form).  I assume could close about 1/30 of those so that would be about $4,500 per deal.  That 1/30 has been about my results so far from other lead sources so that could be a lot higher or lower...so far 27 leads, no deals yet.

@Sean Dolan you said "in my experience adwords outperform bandit signs" .  Can I ask what experience you have with Bandit Signs, what cost per acquisition do you have on those.  Looks like Adwords you're saying 1-2K per deal (20-30 deals for 35K). What kind of results have you had with bandit signs? Have you tested at that scale?

@Brad Chandler  @Lucas Machado  Great info guys thank you!  I'll keep posted as well if I can hit those numbers i'd be good with $5,000 as a cost per deal.  After I pick one up i'll likely up the budget and see if I can consistently get 1 a month off of Adwords Alone.   I'll keep this posted every 2 months with stats. Also I just saw this from a really good adwords guy who is a friend of mine , ill probably test the next 30 days...could be a pretty good filter.
