@Chris Bounds You sent about 10,000 pieces for 2 deals.  That sounds about right , that's what i've seen in Austin so far on my campaigns about one deal per 5,000 pieces.  Like @Sam Craven says I think you just have to send more mail for more deals.

Great job @Ana G. a Zip Letter is a tear away sheet.  It's usually black and white and you usually get them in the mail for like check stubs or tax info or that kind of thing.  You can look it up at yellowletters.com

@Isaac Karter Great job getting started learning at 18 man!  Keep learning, it takes time but it will all come together. I grew up in Brownsville, TX and moved to Austin when I was 18 and have been here since.  Feel free to message if you ever have any questions.  Remember man "other people around you" are not keeping you down.  Only you can do that.  If you're not where you want to be it's because you haven't out yourself there.  It's on you to believe in yourself and put in the work not on anyone else.   Start going to a local Real Estate club to be around like minded people and that will make a big difference for you mentally.  Good luck!  Reach out anytime.

@Ryan Billingsley any updates? Are you hitting your 2 deals per month?   I've ramped up my marketing as well up to 5,000 pieces per month, going to do 6 different pieces as well.

@Ana G. how were you able to put a different offer 45% ARV into each of the 1,000 mailers? That's really neat, I send a ton of direct mail and would love to get that into some of my marketing. Also how is it going? Any more deals?

Red all day.....the Red Button is worth 50 million per press...no way i'd trade that for 1 million per press....You take the Red Button all day , every day and over a lifetime you come out way ahead of the guy that always picks green.  Because life is not one shot, it's a series of button presses over a very long time : ) ....and in that case red is the clear winner.

Plus a million is pretty easy to make 100 million not so much.
