Post: Deed Transfer from Personal Name to LLC - Insurance???

I have a few properties in my personal name and carry a large umbrella for peace of mind. I am getting into commercial loans and plan to purchase inside of my LLC. If I wanted to move my other policies to my LLC will I need to change my insurance to commercial or another plan besides residential to protect the possibly of piercing the veil of my LLC should something happen?
Would anyone recommend keeping my personal umbrella as another layer of safety? I'm sure several of you have done this, a step by step would be great along with what to look out for.
Thanks!
Post: Double Close a Short Sale and Marketing One (Texas)

I have a multi under contract with the bank soon to expect the offer (based on seller's agent). I am thinking of working to market this and do a double close since I know I cannot assign. I have set it up where I will be responsible for the title policy as it is my understanding that this creates the need for only one title policy in a double close and not two (of course need to confirm with title co) during a process like this.
My questions are this:
-What to watch out for when doing this, are there are any legal issues with marketing a short sale like this?
-At what point do I approach the title company of my intentions?
-Any other general advice from those that have done this.
Thanks,
-Eric
