Hi Ben,

I am a Realtor in Coeur d'Alene and an investor. Would love to talk real estate investing in Idaho. I agree with Clinton, there are plenty of property managers that will help with the smaller projects.  Do you have a problem finding them in Sacramento? (Just curious).

@Jeff B. In the auction that required a cashier's check- How do you know what amount that the check needs to be if if is an auction. What if you bring a check with your max and the bidding doesn't go that high?

Don't know why this thread didn't show up on my alerts but yes! BP is alive and well in North Idaho. @Bettina F. The Apartment Association sounds interesting but I didn't see anything on the calendar up here. 

@Josh Bloemendaal Your JT Vacation Rental looks really nice. We just bought a lot in 29Palms and hope to do the same. It will be more of a snow bird home so it doesn't need to cash flow. We are thinking of a 2/2 with a carport (use the mandatory garage for our stuff) and a R/V spot. I

Where is this going to be built? The only address I found was in a commercial area.
