I never give mine up. (I guess maybe to the bank). How do I know you, or someone who works for you, isn't an addict or something? I don't know what your information security is like.

Good thing I'm not a renter, or an employee huh?

Did you lose another buyer? Or is this a hypothetical loss?

Lawyers here want about 1,000 for a retainer for a case like that.

Bet the idea of renting out their house to total strangers like it was a hotel room looked real good on paper.

Yuppie stupidity knows no bounds.

If they wanted to run a hotel, they should have gotten the proper permits and insurance.

If you ain't got the cash, to back up your offer, and you are going to tie the thing up on contract while you play "Mother May I" with some other entity,,,,,,,

Then you are just a BSer, and that is why RE has gotten a bad name.

You know the fun part of Guru/Narcissists?

They will trip over their shoelaces running to play "Bend over Betty" for anyone with a fancier hat.

Look at how Cadillac gets narcissists to part with their money.

In reality, the narcissist is a defect. And being a defect makes them easy prey.

ARV is like 200K + and I know I can rehab it for like 30K without touching a hammer.

I just hate dealing with resi people and their under-capitalized petty antics.

Sorry to say that on a primarily resi forum, but I've been a sub on industrial/municipal for years. I won't deal with resi contractors anymore. Why? Because they are notorious bad pay, and they do stuff like hide piles of trash in scrap metal containers.

Short answer "Narcissistic Supply"

Narcissistic supply is a concept introduced into psychoanalytic theory by Otto Fenichel in 1938, to describe a type of admiration, interpersonal support or sustenance drawn by an individual from his or her environment and essential to their self-esteem.[1]

The term is typically used in a negative sense, describing a pathological or excessive need for attention or admiration from codependents, or such a need in the orally fixated, that does not take into account the feelings, opinions or preferences of other people.

Keep in mind, narcissists need lots of money to keep up their facade. Guess where that comes from?

Lots more "code" issues to deal with. And if it has been closed down for any length of time, you might have to fight zoning battles from ground zero.

I've been in NE Pa a lot on business. Everyone up there told me Hazleton has turned into a "War Zone". And that the corner of Wyoming and Holley was infested with "hookers, pimps, and drug addicts"

So I had to go see.

I also heard there was a "mixed couple" spotted shopping at the local Walmart. I think they were Catholic and Lutheran.

In fact, it's so bad there, that a  guy was spotted cleaning out properties getting rehabbed. Rumor has it, he has a Hispanic sounding surname
