Just wondering, does anyone screen for arrests? Is that even legal?

The reality of references is that you give good references to those you want to get rid of, and bad references to those you want to keep.

Well at least with employees. That way someone else has to fire them and pay their unemployment.

Ok, I'm totally lost. I can't even get straight answers from the municipalities.

Some tell me that every commercial building needs them. Others say all new construction. Some want sprinklers with every change of use, even if the fire hazard is downgraded (Lumber Warehouse to Steel Warehouse)

With installed sprinkler systems running about $5 @ sq ft, this is a big issue.

I guess they don't count because their eyes are a different shape.

Take a look at a "Stand Alone" (No grid connection) solar installation. It's huge and the amount of power you get out of it  isn't even close to what you need to power a modern home.

Solar panels and wind power are nothing but marketing and corporate welfare based on junk science.

@Julie Hassett

Just be aware that there are a lot of nice places in Md Va and De.

Offer them $150,000 and let them come to you.

Flat out tell the guy his comps suck, like Nancy said.

Don't worry about insulting them or hurting their feelings, you're the one with the money.

I'm kinda curious, why Baltimore? Work? School? Family?

@Lee I.

"For all I know, there is some right of way that goes through people's houses, you know," Justice Stephen Breyer said, "and all of a sudden, they are going to be living in their house and suddenly a bicycle will run through it."
