Open my real estate brokerage 

Flip 12 houses

Wholesale and rehab 1 rental house a month to investors

Get GC license for my construction company

Provide constant value to as many people I can

@Shelley Kleinschmidt That to me is one of the hardest parts. Sticking to the budget and realizing that you can't fix every single thing on the property or go to taste specific but it's all part of the game. I'm sure you guys will do an awesome job. If I can ever help at all please let me know.
