@Michael J.

I would say the answer to this is absolutely No.   If you want to scale it that big I don't think you can work full time and do this on the side.

If it was your primary gig than yes you could.

What you need is a GC to manage all this and schedule the subs.   Bottom line time is money and scheduling is Key.   You'll lose weeks by not scheduling right and not having relationships

No way $50K for all that needs to be done based on the description.   Material alone will be over $40K

I would never consider using Ikea (hate that store by the way) when you can buy Chinese knock down Shaker style in White, Expresso and Gray in any market.   They come pre assembled at a great price.   Just google cabinets in your area and you will find a source.

@Jennifer Umbaugh

I'd have to see the floor plan and how to run the copper and electric but I would figure $25 - 30K +/- 5 in HVAC, Electric and Plumbing.  Might be cheaper but that would be copper and conduit for the Plumb and Electric and brand new ducts.

All the interior redo simply ball parking it - Framing, New Drywall, Hardwood (not laminate), Tile,  Kitchen Cabs and Vanities, Granite, Plumbing and Electric Fixtures, Doors and Molding, Insulation - $75K +/- 10

Outside siding work?  Windows?

Dont forget Landcaping and Fencing

Higher end flip you could quickly be in the $125K range for just repair costs.

@Isabel Owen

I disagree with most of these posts.  Your house needs heat in order to not get flagged on the appraisal.

If your trying to refi this house without ducts and a forced air unit I think you will run into trouble. I've always had appraisers take pics of the furnace

MLS and mostly estate sales. They tend not to be updated.

Most of short sales and foreclosures are priced above retail

@Luis Montanez

1.  Don't shingle over existing roof - tear it off. Inspector may catch if it's a shingle over

2.  And I could not recommend interior concrete anything besides garage or basement floor.  I would avoid.  Same with the counter top no concrete - go granite or Quartz

Basement does not look good.  I wouldn't be surprised if you have to do a wall repour

The rest of house looks like it will turn out good based on pics
