I am very familiar with the REIA group and they will be in person starting first week of April for (twice a month) main meetings. All of the focus groups (new investor, tax free, landlord , Airbnb, apartment syndication, wholesaling, flipping, etc.) will continue being online and eventually the goal is to have everything online and in person.

@Kristen A Dekok I am in KY and bought property in Ohio. You should work with a real estate lawyer but I applied for LLC in KY and then registered as a foreign agent in Ohio.

@Orion Hernandez join your local chapter of trash estate investors association along with real estate meetups to network. House hacking is how my parents started and also hie my husband and I started before it had d a name. I also tell my kids I am not working on their first properties unless they are at least a duplex. ;-) You are thinking ahead!

@George W. The 1 percent rule is monthly rent over purchase/all in price so down payment doesn’t affect it.
