@Jordan Fiore I agree there are deals I am finding. One has to be more creative in finding them and keeping the competition from finding them.

@NA Sekar I invest in student housing and am a graduate of both (UC and XU) schools and would be willing to answer any questions.

The market is incredibly hot all over, as I am sure you know. Feel free to direct message me. I would love to help.

I grew up on the Ohio side of Cincinnati and live on the northern KY side now.  I invest in Cincinnati, northern and central KY.  I have experience as a relocation consultant for the big Fortune 500 companies in Cincinnati so I have great school district and neighborhood knowledge.  Please feel free to reach out. I am always interested in connecting and sharing area information.

In Cincinnati, we have staging/interior design companies that have AirBNB packages.  I am sure you can find some in most cities.

If you are looking for hard money, Dayton Capital Partners and I think they do some other types of lending.  For commercial portfolio, look at spring .

@Terry Matthews per the other reply,

I recommend Scott Ellsworth in Northern Kentucky. He is phenomenal with Real Estate. He owns real estate and it was also a past president of the Greater Cincinnati real estate investors association.

@Tony T. There are 2 churches turned into breweries in Cincinnati (Taft Ale House -SPECTACULAR rehab and Urban Artifact -much less rehabbed). Both have zero parking and are in the city and quite successful. We have a couple churches turned into condos and personal homes but they are smaller than what you are looking at. Look for church planters or churches meeting in schools, etc that need a permanent location. I do think parking would be an issue for many churches.
