@Gold Akabuaku join the local chapter of real estate investors association ($25/month) for networking and vetted education .

There are calls every Friday with people looking for mentors in exchange for their time to cold call, door knock, etc.

Also look at regoddess.com. Many people in this area and others have success with that program.

I don’t wholesale or rehab, otherwise I would be able to help more. Good luck!

Beda, next time you come in, I would be happy to have coffee with you.  You may want to schedule your trip to coincide with some of the well-attended investor meetings.  Hope you had great success!

@Christian Duke I second @Rebecca Sequeira's advice. Our local REIA also has wheel property swap calls and one one what deals people need funding and what people have funding and need a deal. It is incredible at $25 a month online from anywhere.

@Jeremy Komer

I grew up in the area, went to XU and UC and currently have student rentals at UC. I know the area pretty well and will give you my opinion especially if it is a more student rental or not. Send me a DM

@Daniel Chih join the local chapter of the real estate investors group, COREE. All online so you can start while in Florida. There are weekly calls for property swaps and deals/funding. Some very creative deals are going on and even if you don’t do one it is great knowledge on finding people that know how to structure a deal not using banks and big cash down payments.
