Hello Everyone

I have to install drywall, but there are a lot of wires as you see in the pictures. What can I do to avoid putting the drywall screws in the electrical wires? Can I use nail glue for installing the drywall or any suggestions?

Thank you

Ask for the references and if he’s insured and licensed contractor. Payment terms and good luck. You will be if he give you the itemized price.

Yes, he’s licensed and insured.
i did check with handyman he said I just used the plunger and cleaned the clogged. Did not open or replace anything. They did a final walk through and has been in homes 2 weeks.
I understand buyers situation.

No did not ask for money yet. I just got the message a few minutes ago.

Handyman did most of Rehab repairs. He cleaned the clogged drain. This is flipped property.

Hello BP,

Buyer hired the home inspector and did the home inspection. One of the items in the inspection was a clogged bath tub drain. We hired a handyman to clean the clogged drain. They did a final walkthrough before the closing. I got the following from the buyer.

We Buyer spent first night in the home two days ago and woke up the following morning with the whole kitchen ceiling caved in and water everywhere from the tub drain being rigged. Buyers are already seeking legal action if this is not resolved.

 Any suggestions will be helpful.

Thank you
