If you have time, it's definitely something you can do! Turno is a great resource as well as STR meet-ups in the area your STR is located. It's great to find a cleaner that is recommended!

This is a hard strategy in the STR space. Guests for safety reasons, do not want to share a home with the owner. You may want to check out Padsplit instead.

You can't own a listing with the owner's name, but the owner can be the admin and you can be the primary host. Unless you create listings under your name, that is pretty much the only way to do it. You'll have limitations to the account, and the owner will be able to see everything and get notifications. So just be aware of that.

Jurny has everything you mentioned but the boots on the ground vendors. So far, I love Jurny but we're still new to the platform. Their name is just now starting to get around so not many know about them yet.

I would love to have a resource to find trustworthy sources for handyman or runners to a property in a new area. I feel Turno has accomplished that with cleaners but everything else is still a gamble!

This sentence right here just killed any thoughts someone might have towards rethinking an opinion about your company. We're here to bring value to others! A company whose mindset is not about bring value to everyone they can, well never convince others they can bring to the table what a value minded company does.
