I appreciate you Antoine! Didn't even consider that. Thanks so much! God bless!

Hello, I am from MA and I currently invest in the Brevard County area of Florida. I would love to connect with more investors from that area. I am currently looking for anything in the realm of 20-150 units. There are a few other pieces of criteria that we consider but this is just a conversation starter.

I would love to hear and learn more about you and your investing plans. Please feel free to reach out to me. Just looking to connect with like minded individuals in the current market that I invest in.

Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you!

Looking to network and learn more about multifamily investing. How about just looking to be around like minded individuals who partake in multifamily? What about your too busy to actually dive into multifamily investing but would like to find a place to learn more about how its done?

We are looking to arrange a place and time that would benefit us on the South Shore. If your interested, please reply with your email contacts and we will put you on the list.

We value your time and thank you. It is the only thing we can never get back. We appreciate you!

There's no really one way. Just be you in your letters. The key is to be authentic and not robotic.

Anyone mention the notifications on the app? Always appears to show about 3 notifications of the same one and when you click on it, that is another issue. Shows that the person who messaged you wrote 3 of the same messages to you. Its out of wack for sure and I hope they get a grasp of it cause I'd like to be mobile while away.

I'm looking at Jake & Gino's program and considering it as an alternative to the Michael Blank program.

@Scott Skinger, , - you guys seem to be net promoters of the Jake & Gino coaching program.  Can you give quantitative feedback (it helped me do XXX) in addition to the qualitative (it's great, they are helpful) feedback you have already provided?

The edge that the Michael Blank program has is that it seems to be more focused on how to syndicate deals not just buy right, manage right and finance right.  Does the Jake & Gino program also cover syndication? ...

Couldn't be more happier with the program. At the end of the day we wanted to learn to buy, manage, and finance right. They also teach about syndication as well and the members of the community have dived into all realms of the business. If you need an answer, either @Jake Stenziano, @Gino Barbaro, or a community member has the answer you are looking for because of their experiences. You will also network and meet a ton of great like minded individuals such @Hadar Orkibi and @Dan Handford

I can't speak on M. Blanks program but I can on J&G. Great investment for my partner and I as we move forward with our strategy and game plan. Much success to you Josh and I hope this helps. God bless!
