@Dan B. There is no harm in trying it out. Go for AIRBNB and let us know how it goes. Also to reference some one type @ and their name to tag them.

@Dan B. Have you ruled out renting it instead of AIRBNB? I know you go there sometimes but it's hard to have the best of both worlds. You can have a solid renter in there and not have to worry about 5-10 different groups being there every month. Just a thought. Good luck either way! Go Cubbies!!

@Jon S. I understand your frustration. If she's a good paying tenant, I would pick my battles and let it slide.

@John Hodson I'd say no as well. It's current state is fine. If they want to spruce it up it should be on their dime.

@Mike Davidson I am doing this with my tenant also that banks with Chase. It's in my account and available the same day.
