@Joe Mclain

Does that mean for this property the statutes of limitation do not apply ?

@Joe Mclain great website. Thanks !

Looks like the borrower didnt pay the property taxes from 2006 !. How is this even possible? Does that mean whoever bought the tax lien forgot to foreclose on the property ?

Came across a property in Cuyahoga county (Ohio) which has an outstanding tax lien for $16,167.26. How do i find out how long the residents did not pay their taxes ?

With this outstanding lien amount, i wanted to find out how many more months the seller has before they lose the property to tax lien foreclosure. (So that i can set my buying price accordingly).

What are the websites that FSBO seller's usually use to list their properties ? Does MLS listings allow individuals to list for a flat fee ?

@William "W.J" Mencarow, how do you reach out to these banks ? Is it just cold calling ?

@Nathan Smith, Find a local title company with whom you will close deals with (if you end up purchasing auction properties). Usually they can run it for free as long as you can close with them if you win the auction. Remember win-win.

Ownership as in the property - then NO. You only purchase the lien not the property. Think of it as a loan to the homeowner to pay for their property taxes.
