Beautifully remodeled cape cod home built in 1951. This property includes 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom. The attic has been completed to provide extra storage space as well. The inside has been completely remodeled, each room has been re-painted and the hardwood floors re-finished.

Would like to hear from my fellow investors who have invested in notes on how they have structured their LLC/S-corp. Please see that i am not looking at any tax advice or anything but am curious to know what was the thought process that went in to structure the corporation.

- LLC Vs S-Corp - Why?

- Did you guys file Form 8832 to be taxed as S-corp.

@Valerie Couch , looking at SFR's for now.

Investors who have properties in Euclid/Cleveland heights, can you please share your recommendation for a property management company ?

Would also appreciate if someone can share contractors in this area as well.

@Jeff Rabinowitz If the deal makes sense to you why dont you hire a Licensed Loan originator who would cover your back as well as the borrower and you just hold the paper !
