Hi @Josh Jack - You are going to love Boise if you don't mind living in a city vs. a town!  Otherwise, there are some great outlying areas that might fit the bill, especially for easy access to outdoor activities.  North Idaho is gorgeous as well....just completely different! If you would like to explore Boise,  we are here to talk and help you understand about day to day living and employment opportunities here.   I have raised my family in Boise (and have lived all over the valley) while I have family in North Idaho as well.   Idaho is awesome! 

Hi @Jacob Stewart -  I do know that there are some active eXp agents in CDA, and I LOVE eXp!  It's national/international, and has grown 15,000 agents since I joined.  I mentor new eXp agents in the Boise area - and can probably connect you with someone there. So much training available.  Your brokerage is a great support system, but you are the one who is going to be doing the majority of the lead generation, no matter where you go unless you join a team that is lead generating for you.

We have been having daily conversations with Californians right now here in the Boise area. Just received a referral from a California agent an hour ago. Thankful to love where I live!   I know that all the states mentioned above are big, but it feels like a lot of eyes are on Idaho right now.
