Yeah, I'd hate to have 10 paid for rentals producing $15K+ in cash flow per month. 

@Shaun R. Definitely can't hurt. You'll probably have a less than 2% success rate, but I know some brokers who do this. Also, try calling for rent signs and ask it they want to sell. Good luck. 

@Lou Lee What would be the long term plan if you cover them up? Refinish them right before you sell?

@Greg M. I would talk to my attorney first and then go straight to the owner of the property. Sounds like they are tenants?

Does anyone here trade stocks or options on the side? It kind of fits with some REI personalities. I personally don't, because I can't stomach losing a penny, but was just curious and wondered how it was working out for you? My buddy was telling me about sites where you can mimic or copy professional trader, but I am VERY skeptical!
