Just a reminder to enter the parking lot off of Pickens Street.  Park anywhere in the flat parking lot.  If that is full then come inside for a parking pass then proceed into the garage.

@Will Gaston im on board with @Mike Dymski.  

There is no logical reason to pay more for the property just because of financing.  Just prove  you are serious by upping the EM and showing a pre-approval.  

Similar story: On the Park st deal, the seller insisted on all cash. But when I asked why they said because they wanted to net the most and didn't want to give any of their "profit" to the bank. I simply showed him a 2 HUD statements side by side. 1 with cash and 1 financed to illustrate that he does not lose any money by me financing the deal. Could this be their objection??

@Shakhlan Garane my opinion is that the rates you would garner would not leave you with much profit for Airbnb.  Even if you do all the cleaning yourself, you should consider what your time is worth.  Columbia hotels have reasonable rates and don't sell out enough to push business to alternative lodging.
