@Monica McCabe  We have a local meeting in Delray Beach every month. We have investors of all experience levels, and we are always looking for new people to contribute. There are flippers, buy & hold  investors, etc. The next meeting is Saturday, September 16th. Let me know if you would like more details, as I can not promote those details in this forum.

Palm Beach County Investors (or future investors)...

There was a lot of interest in a pretty casual meeting from investors and future investors, and we've had GREAT meetings... why not another? It will be free to attend (and no pitching), but being good patrons, so they let us to continue to use the space for free, I say we get a cup of coffee.

Gizzi's Coffee: 2275 S Federal Hwy, Delray Beach, FL 33483 (1pm-4pm)

I know many of you wanted to meet later in the afternoon, however, the coffee shop closes at 4pm, so I figured people can come and go as they please from 1-4pm.

So, anyone want to grab some afternoon coffee in Delray Beach... maybe people from Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Lake Worth, Boyton Beach, Boca Raton, or West Palm? Maybe even Broward County people would like to show...

This meeting is open to anyone that would like to attend.

@Ricky B.  I did the exact move for you. I hosted the Coffee Meetup in LA, and have since moved it to South FL. You are more than welcome to attend our next meeting on Aug 26th. I loved y time in LA, but I moved back east as well.

Question... why sell your place in LA?? I decided to keep my property out there, and I couldn't be happier with the appreciation. If it is for a financial reason, you can always leverage the equity as opposed to cashing out by selling.

If you want to discuss how I worked my strategy off line, I'd be more than happy to link up.

@Matthew Brill  I began investing in Palm Beach County years ago when I lived in Los Angeles. I vetted the top PMs in the area, and chose one. I couldn't be happier with how they've handled every aspect of the PM process. They manage 5 of my units here. Because they do such a great job, I've used them after I moved here.

I'll send you a PM, as this is not the forum to promote companies.

@Jon Lee @Pat Jackson @Tiffany Smith

Hey guys, how is the meth lab problem in Saint Joseph? I was looking closer to Lawrence, KS when I came across Saint Joseph. People were leaving for Lawrence and Leavenworth due to all of the meth labs and crimes related to meth.
