Palm Beach County Investors (or future investors)...

There was a lot of interest in a pretty casual meeting from investors and future investors, and we've had GREAT meetings... why not another? It will be free to attend (and no pitching), but being good patrons, so they let us to continue to use the space for free, I say we get a cup of coffee.

Gizzi's Coffee: 2275 S Federal Hwy, Delray Beach, FL 33483 (1pm-4pm)

I know many of you wanted to meet later in the afternoon, however, the coffee shop closes at 4pm, so I figured people can come and go as they please from 1-4pm.

So, anyone want to grab some afternoon coffee in Delray Beach... maybe people from Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Lake Worth, Boyton Beach, Boca Raton, or West Palm? Maybe even Broward County people would like to show...

This meeting is open to anyone that would like to attend.

@Will Barnard... Wow. I, like many of the other readers, have been emotionally invested in the story for years. I am glad to hear that you were finally victorious. I can't wait to see pictures!!!

@Pat C.  The party goes until 4pm... people are welcome to come and go as they please. Also, the group networks and exchanges business cards after, so that may be the best time to show.

@Judine Samuels  welcome to BP! You will love the resources that you have available. I highly suggest getting involved with the local meet ups. Speaking of meet ups, @Account Closed... We have a local meetup this Saturday at a coffee shop in Delray Beach. Free to attend. Free of pitching. We be gotten a great crowd of investors, future investors, contractors, realtors, and lenders in the past months. Let me know if you'd like more info... As I can't supply that information in this forum.

Welcome to the community, @Sam Bleek. There is a wealth of information at your disposal, but it is there for the taking... so take the action and take it. Read blogs, listen to the podcasts (as you have been), and join the meetups. There are tons of local REIA meetings, and like Richard mentioned, I host one of my own. Free to show up, free of pitches, and open to anyone that wants to either learn, listen, contribute, or network. I can't supply the details in this forum, but be sure to hit me up if you are interested. We will be meeting next on 2/13/16.

@David Velazquez  I have some great insurance guys I can link you up with I use for my properties. I use different companies for single and multi. Feel free to reach out. Also, we are having an informal meetup over coffee in Delray Beach next weekend (2/13). I'll be coming from Boca Raton as well, and we draw in a nice crowd from all over Palm Beach County. I can't provide details in this forum, but let me know if you're interested.
