@Doron Nissim and @Gary Weiner... We meet regularly on the 2nd Saturday of each month. The owner of Gizzi's Coffee is a great guy and sections off the couches for us, so it's very convenient for us to meet regularly. This is why we like supporting local businesses like his!

Palm Beach County Investors (or future investors)...

There was a lot of interest in a pretty casual meeting from investors and future investors, and we've had GREAT meetings... why not another? It will be free to attend (and no pitching), but being good patrons, so they let us to continue to use the space for free, I say we get a cup of coffee.

Gizzi's Coffee: 2275 S Federal Hwy, Delray Beach, FL 33483 (1pm-4pm)

I know many of you wanted to meet later in the afternoon, however, the coffee shop closes at 4pm, so I figured people can come and go as they please from 1-4pm.

So, anyone want to grab some afternoon coffee in Delray Beach... maybe people from Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Lake Worth, Boyton Beach, Boca Raton, or West Palm? Maybe even Broward County people would like to show...

This meeting is open to anyone that would like to attend.

@Debbie G., Welcome to the community. There are a ton of resources out there and I highly suggest using every single one of them. There are also a ton of investors in the community that are always looking to help, even in a cut throat environment. There are a handful of us that meet the second Saturday of every month at a coffee shop in Delray. Free to show up and free of pitching. Just a collective group of like minded people looking to share information. Let me know if you'd like more info. Good luck out there.

@Christopher Cadet  You could start by introducing yourself and explaining what your goals are and how you would like to incorporate these people into your goals. If no one knows who you are or what you want to do... it will make it that much tougher to network.

@David Fisher  Yes... as @Account Closed said. Come one, come all. We have a meetup this weekend that is free to attend, free of pitching. We just ask you get a cup of coffee so the coffee shop owner keeps letting us use his space for free. It is a pretty eclectic group... ranging from realtors, handymen, investors, future investors, lenders, etc. Shoot me a msg if you'd like more details...

@Sam Bleek and @Lou Migliaccio... We are meeting again this month on Aug 13th. Let me know if wither of you are interested in joining the meetup. Free to show up, free of pitching. Just like minded investors sharing ideas.. 

@Justin Jocewicz  I might be going to the Marlins/White Sox game after... 

@Bobby Sommers  Nope. There is a lot of trash talk going on between, @Justin Jocewicz and @Wayne Brooks thinking they can take on myself and @Mitchell Jaworski in a two on two... However, we'd have to wake up at 5:30am and play in Wellington. So, I doubt we will ever get that run in. You won't see me up at 5:30am on a weekend. Ha.
