@John Matarazzo, welcome!
Our property manager lists all of our rentals on Zillow and from the data I see, it is the platform that generates the most tenant bookings for a property tour.
I believe it is free, unless you want to pay $30/month for their premium version.

@Krissi Miramontes, welcome to biggerpockets and congratulations on doing the work!
Super exciting journey ahead of you!
While I have no expertise in ADUs, I am based in California and do invest out of state. happy to share any successes, failures, stories, tips, tricks. Do not hesitate to reach out, connect, and DM me if you want to chat.
A couple great resources on the ADU topic in Cali, not sure if you know about One Rental at a Time, but he has a whole playlist on the topic and his experience trying to build one in Cali: https://www.youtube.com/playli...
His ADU guest also has a ton of great content: https://www.youtube.com/c/That...
Hope this helps!

Welcome to biggerpockets and congratulations on doing the work, @Mia Norton!
Exciting times!
Yes indeed... there are just so many resources out there that you can easily get lost and stumble across mediocre content at best.
BiggerPockets and the various forums is a great place to start.
Couple questions I would have for you is where are you located? Where do you want to invest? What type of investing are you looking to get into? That could help narrow it down a bit.
Facebook is a pretty active platform when it comes to real estate investing. There are tons of very specific groups you could search for and look into joining.
The biggest piece of advice I would have isn't necessarily about what specific questions to ask, rather than simply actively participating on a consistent basis so you can network with like-minded people. Build meaningful relationships and find ways you can provide others with value.
Let me know if you want to discuss more, happy to share some of the things (and mistakes) we did and still do today. Do not hesitate to reach out, connect and DM me if you want.

Hey @Sanjay Sharma welcome to BiggerPockets and congratulations on doing the work and reaching out.
Have you narrowed it down to any out-of-state market? There are just so many out there with so many different variables and so many things to consider, things that are personal to you, etc. It is not as simple as “where’s a good market for a 4-plex?”. What are your investment goals? What are your return goals?
We exclusively do out-of-state investing, so I am happy to share our experience, knowledge, tools, tips, and tricks if you are interested in chatting more. do not hesitate to reach out, connect, and DM me.
As they like to say: live where you want, invest where it makes sense.

@Luke Elliott welcome to biggerpockets and congratulations on doing the work!
Happy to help and share any experience, tools, tips, tricks, resources you may find helpful. That is pretty much all we do, invest long distance.
Number one thing I would say is pick one and only one market and stick with it for a long while (months and years). Once you have that market spend whatever time is necessary to build your team there (property manager, agent, lender, contractors, insurance, etc). Preferrably this market also has some boot on the ground that you know well and do not pay for their services, like friends, family coworkers, people you could count on to help if need be.
Once you have a solid team that you trust and boots on the ground, you're good to get started!
Again, happy to hop on a call or exchange more if you are interested. Please do not hesitate to reach out, connect, and DM me.
keep up the work!

Great job on the success and smart move to look into real estate as well. There is so much great content out there, so much so that one can easily get lost.
A great book to get started, that covers all aspects of real estate investing, is: https://store.biggerpockets.co...
The biggerpockets real estate rookie podcast is also great: https://www.biggerpockets.com/...
