@Shannon K.Yeah its been pending since a long time. Usually realtor has updated info.
@Matt MotilI thought the price is rather cheap for the area and still its pending. So was wondering if there are any hidden reasons.

@James M.@Alexander Felice@Darren Sager
Looks like the opportunity is getting closer. Look at the damage to markets over last 3 weeks.
Also looks like Dent has been on the money so far as per the article i shared above. Was it a guess or is he really that good?

haha . . . milk has been price fixed by Uncle Sam for decades.
Calif, due to the Clean Air board and unique formulation of gas, has the highest prices in the country . . . just last Friday, $2.87/gal
lol. good to know.

47 cents/gallon in a town in Michigan - http://fox17online.com/2016/01/17/no-joke-gas-is-47-cents-per-gallon-in-one-michigan-town/
I paid $3 here.
Interesting to see such a disparity. Is there a correlation between gas and real estate? :)

@Jay Hinrichs One way is to email the picture from your phone to your gmail (or whatever email account you use).
Then download that picture to your desktop.
For adding here in the post, click the 3rd button from right on top of this 'Post a Reply' box where you are typing. Select the image that you saved on desktop before. Thats it. Looking forward to the pic :)
Also when someone uploads some image like of excel sheet, if you cant read it, try 'ctr' + '+' in your browser, that will zoom in and make it easier to read. 'ctrl' + '-' will zoom out.
I havent used the BP app yet so cant comment on it. Maybe thats simpler.

Funny you say that. I recently saw The Big Short. What a movie. It ends by saying GS had already started selling CDS on MBS but with a new package name called 'bespoke tranche' something like that.

@James M. What a coincidence. Just stumbled across this article from Dent - http://www.businessinsider.com/chinas-real-estate-...
"There will be no soft landing in China. It will bring down the entire world’s unprecedented debt and real estate bubble. And it’s only a matter of time, and likely only a month away at this point.
Now’s the time to get out of real estate ... and stocks ... and everything but the safest Treasury bonds and AAA corporates."
Lets see how accurate his latest predictions are.
