Hello!  I am from the Tampa Florida area but have had success with Facebook and BP.  Make sure that they know the area and build a relationship with them.

I am agent and host in the Largo/Clearwater/Tampa area.  I found that when I used AirDNA that my numbers were better than the projected.  You have to market the property on social media sites and direct booking helps.  I used Hostaway and it raised my bookings by 30% as well.

I host in the Tampa Florida area and use both AirBNB and VRBO.  Posting the links to each on Facebook pages raises the visibility as well.  Any social media site will help as well.  The more people that click on the link the higher you will rank..
