The BiggerPockets coupon can be used multiple times. The credit report does not provide a FICO score. Credit scores like FICO and Vantage are designed to help financial institutions determine their risks in the context of a loan. We provide a Resident Score which is designed specifically for screening tenants, and takes credit data into account when determining whether or not the applicant will be a good fit for your rental property.
