We have one driveway, I let the tenants know they are not able to park there reserved for us. We have two furnaces and two hot water tanks.

I invest here in Detroit and it is street by street analysis. I think the biggest thing is having a team (realtor, contractor, title company, etc) I can help out but I think SFH is easier to understand as far as the area.
