@Armand Farr I'm hopeful that people will meetup and connect and eventually form masterminds. I don't think it happens at one meeting naturally the regulars who are taking action will be drawn to each other and for a group to push each other to the next level.

Hi @Anwar Alkabs I work at a bigger firm so depending on the size of the project we might not be a good fit but I'm happy to answer questions as best as I can. What is the scope of the project? As others have mentioned you may only need a structural engineer but there is value to having an architect design the plans. They may catch or suggest stuff that will improve the project's rental or resale value. We are also better versed in life safety and exiting requirements.
